1st Line Technical Support Analyst

Due to continued expansion of their product range my client is seeking a Technical Support person to provide 1st line technical software support via telephone and e-mail to an international customer base. Log incoming incidents and issue software licenses to customers. Manage own list of issues or requests while delivering our high customer service expectation. Ensure all incidents are resolved according to our defined service level. Maintain communication with customers on open issues that maybe dealt with within Technical Support or escalated to the Development Team. Handle confidential customer information. Skills: Excellent communication skills, Excellent Problem solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to pick up products and processes quickly, Manage own call list and time, Work to specific service deadlines, Attention to detail. Working hours are 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday (1 hour for lunch), 25 days holiday, contributory company pension, profit related bonus and perkbox. Salary negotiable according to experience.
