30 - Credit Controller Job Description My client specialises in garden equipment such as ride-on-mowers and tractors. They require a Credit Controller to maintain the UK Sales Ledger, using Sage Line 500, for approximately 450 accounts with the emphasis of reducing overdues, resolving customer issues quickly & efficiently with other internal departments. You must be able to handle the pressures of customer complaints; maintain & update credit insurance limits/details for relevant accounts and carry out all supporting administration & other related tasks as required by the Accounts Manager, Financial Controller and Sales Director. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy and challenging role. The right candidate should have the relevant skills and attributes including: -Credit control & general administration experience; -Experience of using accounting software packages; -Practical account reconciliation experience; -Good communication skills & excellent customer service skills; -Ability to work well as part of a team.
