27 - Customer Insight and Retention Manager Job Description My client is looking for a customer focused marketer with 3-5 years experience ideally in an multi-site, multi-channel B2C environment, with clear written and verbal communication at all levels, scientific and lateral thinking, with attention to detail, imagination, curiosity and a desire to continually learn and push boundaries. You should have excellent knowledge of direct marketing techniques (particularly email), database management and the use of research to direct the development of multi-channel marketing plans to support ambitious business and commercial goals. With responsibility for driving the development of all direct marketing communications and customer insight, you will naturally be a strong communicator with an ability to form good working relationships across interdependent functions. You will possess strong creative judgement and the ability to articulate feedback.
