24 - Senior Business and Partner Support Engineer Job Description To provide technical support for products and services, including fully managed solutions, IP VPN, Wholesale ADSL, to the Resellers, Corporate and Wholesale of a major broadband supplier's B2B customers. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of: most TCP/IP services e.g. DNS, STMP / POP mail; Understanding of Internet routing; IPVPN Technology - MPLS & BGP knowledge if possible; Understanding of ISDN and Leased Lines; Knowledge of IP addressing schemes; Knowledge of LLU (preferable); Working knowledge of the Internet; Understanding of 10Base2 and 10/100Base T LAN cabling if possible; Knowledge of Telecommunications / Internet ISP industry; Previous experience of working on a technical helpdesk environment; ITIL standards (preferable).
