The Downtown Recruitment Team

Lucy joined Downtown Recruitment in April 2008. She started her career in Retail and was originally a supervisor with a high street fashion retailer in Oxford. Alongside this Lucy studied a Homeopathy course for 4 years.
In 2006 she moved on to become Assistant Manager with a men's suit retailer in Thame where she gained customer service experience and aided the progression of the business in her time there. Having lived in Thame since the start of 2007 she has now joined Downtown Recruitment as a member of the Permanent Consultants' team.
