Volunteer Experience Advisor

Our client based in Chalgrove is looking for a Volunteer Experience Advisor. You will be the first point of contact to a high number of telephone queries. You will ensure our volunteer community receive high quality support. Add and keep data information accurate and up to date. Process online orders and pack for despatch. Filing, photocopying and monitoring emails. To be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service skills. Enjoy a varied role. Have a good eye for detail with excellent time management skills. Have previous admin experience and are proficient with IT software and Microsoft Office. Working hours for this Volunteer Experience Advisor are 35 per week Monday to Friday. Pay is 12 P/H. Excellent benefits.
