Technical Support Consultant

Our local client specialises in credit control, report and analysis software. They pride themselves on their excellent customer service and support, which attributes to their high level of success in this industry, for 24 years. They require a Technical Support Consultant to join their friendly team. You will be working within the support and development environment, working closely with the senior management team. You will be supporting incoming emails and calls, and investigating and resolving reported issues using your application and database skills. Develop new procedures and packages in Oracle PLSQL, to enhance our customers usage experience. Translate new product requirements to technical specifications for the development team. Salary upto 50,000k.
