At Downtown Recruitment we want to ensure that we are providing our clients with the highest level of customer service possible. In order to measure the satisfaction of our clients we commissioned an external marketing company (Jelly Marketing) to carry out a Client Satisfaction Survey. We are now pleased to announce a summary of these results.
- 81% of clients rated Downtown Recruitment's overall service as good or very good.
- 71% of clients thought that the service had improved or remained at the same consistent standard in the last year.
- 76% thought the turnaround or response times were good or very good.
The survey also asked why our clients chose Downtown Recruitment, these are the main reasons why:-
